1900s Antique Signed & Herbariums, Framed - Set of 4

Sorry, this product is no longer available on Dering Hall.

Taken from a herbarium book published in 1895, these are 4 framed plant specimens all meticulously filled out by hand in 1913 by Ethel Romaine in Monroe County, Michigan. The plant specimens were collected, pressed and dried, delicately glued into the book with “rabbit glue” tape and notated on the facing page. We’ve mounted the pressed plant specimens onto 100% Belgian Libecco linen mounted on archival board and under Plexiglas. Specimens include Barberry Purple, Atamosco Lily, Common Tulip & Mouse-ear Chickweed. Framed in solid wood gold gilt frames. Arrive ready to hang.
