19th C. French Charles X Commode

An early 19th century French Charles X commode, or chest of drawers, made of veneer of bird‘s-eye maple over solid oak with mahogany trim. Four dovetailed drawers with working locks and one key. Two brass escutcheons are missing. White marble top with shaped front corners. Similar night stand by the same ebeniste is also available. Restoration on back legs. Minor loss of veneer and missing trim on the sides. Circa 1810-1820. 51.5“w x 24.75“d x 39.5“h. Please view our full inventory. More photos available upon request.
