19th Century Ceylon Teak Cupboard

Ca. 1840, Ceylon Teak Cupboard with Ebony Inlays. Imported by legendary designer Lucia Lawrence from Ceylon (Former Sri Lanka) in 1980s and has been stored in a climate controlled environment; this is from her private collection. The construction is solid and the locks are still operational with two keys included. There are some small cracks commensurate with age, but otherwise, the cabinet is in exceptional condition. Always stored in climate controlled environment with the best provenance. Dimensions: 52" W x 18.5" D x 77" H * Wheels at the bottom are for transporting during photography, and are not part of the cabinet.
