Adnet at his best with a bold yet elegantly simplified design of exuberant macassar ebony wrapped in a chrome border, the three frieze drawers graced by round chrome key plates. Center lock later and nonfunctioning.

A near identical desk is illustrated in Art Et Décoration – Revue Mensuelle Dart Moderne, Paris, 1932, p. 217.
