Poul Henningsen (Danish, 1894-1967) was one of the most innovative lighting designers of the modern era. Henningsen ingeniously devised the PH-Lamp to provide a desirable soft and warm glow to the newly developed electric lighting. The design was shown at the seminal 1925 Paris Exposition International des arts Decoratifs et Industriels Modernes and patented in 1926. Offered by H.M. Luther
