“The new collection is inspired by all the things I love; strong color combinations mixed with striking patterns, geometric shapes, bold stripes and whimsical coordinates” says Bullard. Heavily influenced by his passion for travel, Bullard notes that “the collection represents my current love of mixing and matching periods and styles with an orientalist flavor. From burnt oranges and limes to soothing lilac the palettes feel fresh within their stories.” The Eastern Promises collection includes 8 new fabrics with 6 color varieties.

“The ikats are scaled up to make them fresh, whilst the fun Aladdin has a timeless quality that transitions periods and works on the most antique of sofas to the hippest modern chair,” adds Bullard. However, if the colorful flare is too overpowering for the color scheme of your space, Bullard offers a softer color way of neutrals that will last a lifetime. ”The strong timeless qualities of the black, white and greys transition both age and gender. To me these combinations are defiantly a highlight within the whole collection” says Bullard. The collection will make its official debut on March 20-21 at WestWeek 2013 in the Thomas Lavin showroom at the Pacific Design Center .
