The sculptural iron and teak spiral staircase is the centerpiece of the two story Foyer atrium with skylights 26 feet above the floor. Brown Davis installed art by Jason Martin, Rubem Rubierb, Yves Klein and Wendy Carr.

For the embassy-sized Living Room overlooking Biscayne Bay, Brown Davis designed the silk and hemp rug, the upholstered furniture, and painted the walls black to invigorate the pieces by Jason Martin, Donald Baechler and Lawrence Schiller.

The twelve-foot-tall ceilings add drama and create a cabana-like feeling. Fabrics by Clarence House, wallpaper by Phillip Jeffreys, pair of chairs by Jean de Merry, cocktail table by Magni.

The grand sized Living Room is broken down into usable areas such as a work/desk area, a conversation area and even a TV watching area in this formal room. Brown Davis executed a warm and inviting but very usable, modern and uniquely styled room.

The dramatic Dining Room is punctuated by the vintage Italian brass dining table and the Milo Baughman goat skin upholstered chairs, linen chevron rug and art by Jason Martin and Iran Issa-Kahn.

The stunning kitchen is open to the Dining Room and allows for family dinners as well as formal gatherings with invited chiefs to prepare dinner. Brown Davis used white lacquered Italian and stainless steel cabinets for a timeless but modern look.
