The kitchen, living and dining rooms are all part of an open space, but are effortlessly delineated by columns that allow each area to retain a distinct feel. Wagner custom designed the living room coffee tables and sofa. The vibrant blue sofa upholstery from C&C Milano provides an energizing touch.

The living room area is light and bright thanks to a skylight and large glass doors that open to the outdoors. The striped Delano marble in the fireplace surround creates a vibrant focal point in the open space. The lounge chairs are from Lee Industries, and the chandelier is from Cisco Home. The drapery fabric is from Zimmer + Rohde.

The kitchen island is made of Delano striped marble that matches the living room fireplace. Lucite bar stools are upholstered in Romo Black Edition’s Astratto Elasona Topaz fabric and provide a refreshing pop of pattern in the kitchen’s white and gray toned palette.

Two sinks increase the working potential of the kitchen. A dark soapstone countertop complements the marble island and white walls. The black range is CornueFé by La Cornue.

Wagner made the formal dining room decidedly un-stuffy with the addition of custom-made, cloth-covered loveseats. The custom dining side chairs are upholstered in fabric by Laura Lienhard and the charcoal and metallic rug is by Rosemary Halgarten.

The family breakfast nook and solarium have a great view of the pool and nature preserve below. The Oly chandelier’s imperfect orbs are a great contrast to the clean lines of the room. The chairs are upholstered in a geometric fabric by Jasper.

Deep navy and blue hues, a neutral tufted headboard, metallic accents and lots of sunlight make the master bedroom a welcoming oasis.

Clean shaker style cabinetry offers plenty of storage in the master bathroom. A mosaic marble and limestone floor and painted gray built-ins create a calm, clean look.

In the playroom, a colorful patterned fabric and papier-mâché lion’s head make homework at the built-in work station a little more fun. A handpainted checkerboard pattern on the pine floors completes the graphic look of the space.

Three-paneled shaker style barn doors created much-needed privacy to the children’s jack and jill bathroom but don’t crowd the vanity area.

Vintage barn wood paneled walls meet sophisticated taste in the downstairs game room. A custom-made leather tufted sectional sofa provides plenty of seating while pillows covered in a colorful Hermès fabric add a playful touch. The neutral geometric rug is from Patterson Flynn Martin.
