Maison Lesage – haute couture embroidery

The Lesage family is the Hermès of embroidery. Their unprecedented detail has won them numerous accolades and the trust of fashion's most elite. François Lesage, father, led the embroidery atelier, Maison Lesage, that served couture fashion designers for more than half a century. His son, Jean-François Lesage, created his own workshop, Lesage Intérieurs, producing embroidery for interiors in 1993. The studio is located in Chennai, India, and has collaborated with Christian Louboutin on a line of limited edition shoes. The two family businesses regularly work together, confirming their commitment to the highest possible quality. We are thrilled to be able to introduce their work (Lesage Intérieurs) into a residence we are just completing in Chicago!!

Christian Louboutin and Jean-François Lesage teamed up to create a limited edition (36 pairs) of luxurious heels dedicated to and inspired by Marie Antoinette. Each pair is hand embroidered by Lesage.
