Nothing is as it seems ...

A big shoutout to our hometown's elite Art Institute of Chicago for bringing such an amazing exhibition here. Now through mid-October, you can view Rene Magritte's touring exhibit titled: "Magritte: The Mystery of the Ordinary, 1926-1938". Perhaps the most famous Surrealist to date, this 20th Century Belgian artist was extremely prolific and always sought to challenge preconceived notions of reality. Nearly 80 of his earlier pieces are featured and compiled in such a way that "nothing is as it seems".
