william earle’s ‘hal’, designed in 2000, ignited the cubist craze in contemporary modern.
the ‘hals’ are shown here in ‘blackened’ birdseye maple.
this listing is for two ‘hal’ dining pedestals, in the finish shown or any of william’s ‘suggested finishes’ or one of your own.
the ‘hals’ can be arranged in a myriad of different configurations.
( the glass is not included as it is usually more cost effective when sourced locally. )

this table is made by william to order, celebrating 25 years still working alone in his northern california studio. Every piece is signed and labeled, establishing the date of construction and the household by whom the table was commissioned.

in 2007, the cooper-hewitt national design museum deemed william the american minimalist.
