Gomez Associates is a high-end residential and hospitality interior design firm founded in 1975. After working for both the renowned firms of Edward Durrel Stone and Parish Hadley, Mariette opened her own New York City based design studio. Born into the business with an architect father daughter Brooke joined the firm in 2000. The firm has operated for 40 years both nationally and internationally.
Gomez Interiors are like it’s designers; warm, open, practical and resistent to easy categorizing. In their work, whether it’s an interior, a piece of furniture or tabletop design, Mariette and Brooke always seek balance, repose and respect for their clients. Working across the US projects have included numerous NYC apartment, estates in DC, Boston and Philadelphia.
WInternationally they have tackled a country home in Ireland, pied a terres in London, a vacation residence in Turks and Caicos and a tent village in Costa Rica. Gomez interiors are imbued by the location and architecture and afford those who inhabit them an unpretentious sense of luxury and comfort. Their work ranges from rustic to stately, relaxed to cosmopolitan.

Our work has been published in Architectural Digest, House Beautiful, The New York Times and Town & Country. In addition we have published three books, Rooms, Houses and Apartments. We have designed an 80+ piece collection for Hickory Chair since 2002. Their clients have included magnates from the world of finance, record executives and celebrities.
