This is an incredible cast bronze door knob set manufactured by Nashua Lock Company in 1872, one of the premier hardware companies of the late 1800s. The substantial knob is adorned with a stylized maltese cross at the center, from which tiny swirling embellishments radiate outwards toward egg and dart ornamentation encircling the knob’s front and back. The door plates feature matching designs, which even continue onto the mortise. These are truly stunning, functional works of art that would add a subtle air of grandeur to any room.

Each set includes two knob, too back plates, one mortise, and one spindle.
