Round Fiber Cement Planters From France, Circa 1960

Inner Gardens Collection

Sorry, this product is no longer available on Dering Hall.

A chic take on modern garden art coming out of Europe in the mid-20th century, these charming small cylinder planters are relatively light while strong. Standing 14 inches tall with a diameter of 15 inches, featuring a thin top rim and inimitable color scheme provided in the patina layers of moss and age. A designer or creative gardening hobbyist could find many uses for these planters. Small trees or flowers set near entrance ways or hallways add a warm earth tone to an indoor environment. Outdoors these planters naturally flow with the organics of a landscape and are especially attention grabbing when planted with small trees, but also creatively used near or with a vegetable garden. Available individually or in a set of up to ten, these are original vintage French made planters whose design is duplicated due to popularity, but the stunning patina cannot be rushed.
