A Single Plaster Floor Lamp by Michael Taylor, USA, c. 1960s. A chic plaster floor lamp by Michael Taylor; the base is a cast of a wine-press screw. This braided plaster floor lamp is an iconic Taylor design and came out of a Santa Fe home designed by Taylor.

Michael Taylor was one of the most recognized West coast interior designers, establishing his own firm in 1956. Known for his all white-interiors and developing a California Look‚; he worked until his death in 1986.
