Suzanne Guiguichon Sycamore Dressing Table, 1950s

Maison Cédric

Sorry, this product is no longer available on Dering Hall.

Warm sycamore maple, adorned with quality brass accents, is responsible for the cosy, romantic feeling that this piece effuses. The dressing table, with a strikingly tall mirror jutting up from its centre, is emblematic of renowned Art Deco designer Suzanne Guiguichon’s precocious work; her designs were oft noted for being modern for their time. Its smooth, neutral surface and relatively simple design makes the piece ideal for contemporary bedrooms, infusing any space with a hint of the idealistic and dreamy world of the 1950s. If desired as a full set, the double bed that was created with the dressing table is also available.
