T.H. Robsjohn-Gibbings (1905-1976) is a pillar of Mid-Century Modern design. He was born in England and became one of America’s leading designers. His style is emblematic of a more transitional approach, melding clean lines with classical details. He designed many important pieces for the Widdicomb Furniture Company during his tenure there, many of which can be found in notable modern interiors.
