Vintage Canta Armchair by Toshiyuki Kita for Cassina
This Canta swivel armchair is fixed on a steel base and was designed by Toshiyuki Kita for Cassina in 2000. This chair is composed of a backrest with armrests, one of these having variable shape and can be used as headrest (canta). It is made from a steel frame with padding in CFC-free polyurethane foam and polyester wadding and a removable fabric cover. This design is also seen in the MOMA New York and the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris. The chair is also part of the Cassina Contemporarycollection. Offered by Volubilis Art
